About Table|Spoon Baking Co.

Hi there, I’m Niki! I am a trained Pastry Chef + Baking Instuctor turned small business owner. Sharing the joys of baking has always been a passion of mine, which is why I started a baking blog. I love creating recipes that are accessible, easy to understand, and, most of all, delicious!

During the summer of 2022, I decided to take a chance and open my own baking business! You can find Table|Spoon Baking Co. at a few local Farmers Markets; I also take special orders and do occasional Pop-Ups in North Minneapolis.

I am thrilled you’re here, and I can’t wait to bake with you!

Hi friends,

I have some difficult news to share. Due to the worsening of my arthritis, I am finding it increasingly challenging and painful to keep up with the physically demanding nature of running a baking business. Therefore, I have made the heartbreaking decision to close the business (for now). It's heart-wrenching to say goodbye to something that has been a dream of mine and such a significant part of my life.

Running Table|Spoon Baking Co has been a labor of love, and I am truly grateful for the support and love I have received from all of you. I want to express my heartfelt thanks to my incredible husband and partner for his unwavering support, without which this dream would not have been realized.

Although this chapter is coming to a close, the memories and friendships made through Table|Spoon Baking Co will always hold a special place in my heart. I hope to stay connected with all of you and continue to share my love for baking in new and exciting ways in the future!

Thank you all for your support, understanding, and love during this difficult time. It's not goodbye, but see you later.
