Description

These bars are sweet, salty, crunchy, and chewy perfection. They also couldn’t be easier to throw together!


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter – melted
  • Pinch of Salt

For the Filling:

  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Butterscotch Chips
  • 1 cup Pretzels – crushed into smaller pieces
  • 1 1/4 cup Shredded Coconut
  • 14oz. can Sweetened Condensed Milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350-degrees. Line a 9×9-inch cake pan with parchment paper and spray liberally with nonstick spray.
  2. Mix together the graham crackers, sugar, and salt until fully combined. Add the melted butter and mix until butter is evenly distributed and the mixture is crumbly.
  3. Press this mixture into your prepared pan in an even and flat layer.
  4. Bake the crust for 6 minutes at 350-degrees.
  5. While the crust is baking you can prepare the filling!
  6. In a large bowl, mix together the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, crushed pretzels, 1 cup of shredded coconut, and 14oz. of sweetened condensed milk.
  7. Once that mixture is thoroughly combined, carefully spread it over the crust that you prepared.
  8. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup shredded coconut over the top.
  9. Bake at 350-degrees for 25 minutes or until the chocolate has started to melt and the shredded coconut is nicely toasted.
  10. Allow to fully cool before carefully removing from the pan and serving.
  11. Enjoy!
